Fourth of July should be indulgent, it should showcase everything that is summer, it should serve favorites, it should be festive, and it can - in fact - be vegetarian! There are countless options for veggie burgers, but I generally recommend baked or pan-seared rather than grilled. My track record with grilled is assorted veggie chunks crumbled into the grill... Consider adding grilled corn on the cob or grilled veggies to incorporate more of the classic, smokey holiday spirit.
